SEL is critical in all classrooms and I make it a foundation upon which I build…this resource helps with that!

Great visuals for whole group and individuals. Posting strategies, feelings, yoga, and affirmations sheets for whole group reference. Great resource.

This is a great resource for encouraging students to use calming strategies! I love that it focuses on a step-by-step approach and provides a variety of strategies. I do wish that there were more options for breathing (e.g. rainbow breath, star breath, figure 8, etc.) similar to how there are options for yoga poses as I find this is a common choice by students and some struggle to do a full 7 count inhale and 11 count exhale. Overall I am really excited to have this resource for my students and also to support my instructional aides as they support de-escalation in the classroom!
