Discussing physical vs. personality character traits can get a little dicey in 2nd grade, but this resource helped a ton! Students love each time we learn a new character trait, and it’s helping to build their vocabulary so that I get much more from them when it comes time to describe a character in a story. I love that it has the digital component so when we swap back and forth between hybrid and virtual, I can continue to use this resource.
Andrea V –
This is very helpful for my ELL students. It has great graphics and we use the first page as an SEL activity for the week as we share our experiences with these character traits.

Excellent product bundle! Unfortunately our reader’s workshop program doesn’t provide enough character trait practice. I’m so glad I found this! My students will truly benefit from this work.
